Fisken’s new Sunday brunch on Sundays from 12pm until 4pm
Unwind and enjoy at Fisken Sunday Brunch. The team has carefully selected and prepared some amazing dishes for you to enjoy. The brunch combines the best items from breakfast and lunch. Our cooks have the privilege of use their imagination while preparing the menu for each Sunday. Seasonalities, handicraft, relaxed and delicious flavors are the core of the brunch.
You are most welcome to by yourself or together with a bigger group. We will serve 5-7 shared dishes to your table. Sparkling or still Thoreau water, self baked bread and Johan & Nyströn coffee and tea are always included in the rich brunch menu offering. How does Fisken’s skagen, asparagus and poached eggs or smoked whitefish mousse sound like? The brunch items are updated on a weekly basis in order for us to be able to surprise you every time you visit us for brunch. We recommend to a glass of sparkling (+5,-) for starters and one shall not forget a sweet ending with a small sweet of the day (+5,-).
